What this site is
This is a public information site for state-approved Utah DUI education (PRIME for Life®). Telehealth Tue and Thu, 5 to 9 PM, 2 weeks. Telehealth Wed, 5 to 9 PM, 4 weeks. In person Sat and Sun, 8 AM to 5 PM, 1 weekend, Lehi 3B. Live classes only. Utah students only.
What we do not collect here
This site does not use forms that collect or store student data. Do not send protected health information (PHI), court documents, or student records through this website. There is no student portal and no on-site database of class participants.
- No name, email, or intake form on this site.
- No file uploads.
- Phone calls and texts use the published Zendo Health numbers.
- If a Stripe Checkout Payment Link is added later, Stripe processes the payment. This site still will not store card numbers or student files.
Refunds
The class is $275 flat. That price includes the required workbook and shipping. No refunds. If you miss a session, you can transfer to the next class.
Analytics and ads
Google Ads and analytics tags are not enabled. A disabled hook is in the source for when measurement IDs exist. No IDs are present now.
Counseling is separate
Optional counseling is offered by Zendo Health. It is not part of this class and is not booked from a form on this site.
